The hotel has a fantastic location near the cathedral and major attractions, making it perfect for exploring Seville. I had a wonderful experience with the upgraded room, and the overall cleanliness was impressive. However, the hotel definitely needs refurbishment, and I was disappointed that the rooftop bar was not always open. Still, the service was exceptional, making my stay enjoyable.

The lack of dining options, particularly in the evenings, dampened the experience, and the noise levels in the hotel made for some restless nights. Overall, this hotel is a mixed bag; the location is a standout feature, but there are several areas that need improvement.
